Description of Job Responsibilities:

• Performed full range of facial and body treatments for customers as primary esthetician

• Plan, organize and oversee quarterly spa events

• Create a weekly staff schedule

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and consultation to staff to enhance staff development

• Review staff scheduling daily based on business demands and labor requirements

• Manage associates including, massage therapists, estheticians, guest relation's desk, locker room, nail, and hair techs.

Salary: $40-45 per hour
